The estimated delivery time is approximately 6 working weeks within India and all other countries. Since most of our shoes are made to order, we take between 5-6 weeks to manufacture and ship them. Once the shoes are shipped, the tracking details will be shared with the customer. Our customer support will be updating the customer for any status information if required. For any customisation orders, the timeline can vary based on collection and type of leather. Delivery times vary depending on the country and customs controls and are therefore only indicative. Any customs duties that may arise have to be borne by the customer and settled locally. Ready-to-wear shoes are dispatched within the same week of purchase. Delivery timelines may vary based on the destination, but orders are typically delivered within the week.

Do I have to pay for International Shipping?
No, shipping charges on orders over $ 200 (USD) are free.
Are taxes included?
Indian GST is included in the product price. For international customers, this local GST will not be applicable. However, it is adjusted for the international shipping costs, which are built into the product price. VAT may be charged additionally upon arrival into your country, which will be borne by you.
Will additional charges be added to my order?.
For international deliveries, customs duties and import charges may be levied based on your country and local laws. These charges will be borne by you and communicated to you through the courier service.
How do I calculate import taxes paid upon arrival?
Import duties, taxes and charges will be calculated and levied by local custom agents. Bridlen will not be liable for any of these charges or assist in ascertaining these costs.
Once the charge is levied, it will be communicated to you and collected by the courier service on your behalf in order to clear the shipment and make delivery. Please ensure these charges are settled in time to avoid any delays in deliveries.
