Return and Exchange policy

Bridlen shoes whilst being hand made are bound to have some differences
between pairs and colours may vary they go through stringent quality checks to
ensure you have receive an near perfect product. However, if you are not
satisfied for the reasons listed below, we have an exchange policy.

Terms of exchange:

You must initiate the exchange within 5 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in the
same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original
packaging.

We only replace products if (a) you have a size issue, (b) if the product has
a manufacturing defect or (c) if the product is damaged while being
shipped to you.

Please take extra care while trying your shoes to ensure the leather soles
are not damaged. We recommend trying them in a carpeted area incase
you need to initiate an exchange.

How to exchange your product:

To process your exchange request, please email us your proof of purchase along with clear photos of the shoes, including the soles, and a video of the shoes being tried on over a carpeted surface if the request is related to sizing. Please also include the reason for the exchange. All exchange requests can be sent to info@bridlen.com.

We will review your request and respond with an initial approval or rejection within 48 hours.

If your request is initially approved, we will ask you to return the product to us along with a valid tracking number. Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

Please note that we can only accept international returns if the shoes are returned in their original box and packaging.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email confirming receipt of the package.

We will then inform you of the final approval or rejection of the exchange based on the condition of the shoes and whether they match the photos and details initially shared with us. If approved, we will proceed with shipping the replacement pair. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the availability of the requested replacement product.

We do not offer refunds. Once the order is in process we will not be able to accept cancellations. 

If you choose to refuse a delivery, please note that a restocking fee of 30% (along with any shipping costs) will be deducted from your refund.
