Return and Exchange policy
Bridlen shoes whilst being made are bound to have some small differences
between pairs and colours may vary they go through stringent quality checks to
ensure you have receive an near perfect product. However, if you are not
satisfied for the reasons listed below, we have an exchange policy.
Terms of Exchange:
You must initiate the exchange within 5 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in the
same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original
packaging. Bridlen reserves the right to accept or reject any return.
We only replace products if (a) you have a size issue, (b) if the product has
a manufacturing defect or (c) if the product is damaged while being
shipped to you.
All shoes should be tried on with care on a carpeted floor to ensure no marks or damage to the sole. If the soles of the shoe show signs of use the exchange will be rejected.
Exchanges showing any signs of wear or damage, which include the following - Creased upper and scuffed leather sole will may not be accepted.
How to exchange your product:
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You
should email us your proof of purchase, photos of the shoes including the
soles and reason for exchange to email@example.com within 5 days of receiving the order.
We will respond to your email with our initial approval or rejection of your
exchange within 48 hours.
If your initial request is approved, we will request that you send the product
back to us with a tracking number, The shipping costs for returning
your product will be borne by you.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to
notify you that we have received your returned product.
We will also notify you of the final approval or rejection of your exchange
depending on the condition of the shoe if it is in line with the photos initially
sent. If approved, the shipping of your replacement product will be
initiated. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your
exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We do not offer refunds. Once the order is in process we will not be able to accept cancellations.
