Return & Exchange Policy
Each pair of Bridlen shoes is handcrafted. As a result, minor variations between pairs and slight colour differences are natural and part of the process. Every shoe goes through strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure you receive a near-perfect product.
However, if you’re not satisfied for the reasons outlined below, we do offer an exchange policy.
Terms of Exchange
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and returned in its original packaging.
- Bridlen reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange request after inspection.
We offer exchanges only under the following circumstances:
- Size issues
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage during transit
Shoes must be tried on carefully indoors on a carpeted surface.
If the soles show any signs of use, the exchange request will be rejected.
Exchanges will not be accepted if there are signs of wear or damage, including but not limited to:
- Creased uppers
- Scuffed or marked leather soles
Exclusions
We do not offer exchanges for the following:
- Shoes made from special leathers (including Shell Cordovan, Deer, etc.)

Founders 25 shoes
- Made-to-order boots
- Custom orders
These products are made specifically to order and are therefore final sale.
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please email info@bridlen.com within 5 days of receiving your order with the following:
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos of the shoes, including the soles
- Reason for the exchange
We will respond within 48 hours with an initial approval or rejection.
If approved, you will be asked to ship the product back to us with a tracking number.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will confirm final approval or rejection based on whether the returned shoes match the condition shown in the initial photos.
If approved, your replacement will be shipped. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
Refunds & Cancellations
- We do not offer refunds.
- Once an order is in process, cancellations are not accepted.
International Orders
For international orders, if delivery is refused after the shipment has cleared Indian customs, a 30% restocking fee along with any shipping charges will be deducted from your store credit or return amount.
