Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary depending on the order, destination country and customs procedures. Any customs duties or local charges that may arise must be borne by the customer and settled locally.

These orders are dispatched on the next working day and typically reach you within 7 working days, depending on the destination.
Made to Order Mainline
Each pair is crafted specifically for you. Please allow approximately 6 weeks for production and completion.
Founders Line and Customised Pairs including toe taps
These styles involve additional detailing and finishing. Please allow up to 8 weeks for completion.
Shoe Care and Repair Services within India
A separate email outlining the Terms and Conditions will be shared within 3 days of purchase for acknowledgement. Service timelines are a minimum of 2 weeks from receipt of the shoes. Images of the shoes may be requested for assessment prior to service.

Do you ship globally?
Yes, we can ship internationally to over 200 countries through our trusted courier services.
Do I have to pay for International Shipping?
No, shipping charges on orders over $200 (USD) are free.
Are taxes included?
Indian GST is included in the product price. For international customers, this local GST will not be applicable. However, it is adjusted for the international shipping costs, which are built into the product price. VAT may be charged additionally upon arrival into your country, which will be borne by you.
Will additional charges be added to my order?.
For international deliveries, customs duties and import charges may be levied based on your country and local laws. These charges will be borne by you and communicated to you through the courier service.
How do I calculate import taxes paid upon arrival?
Import duties, taxes and charges will be calculated and levied by local custom agents. Bridlen will not be liable for any of these charges or assist in ascertaining these costs.
Once the charge is levied, it will be communicated to you and collected by the courier service on your behalf in order to clear the shipment and make delivery. Please ensure these charges are settled in time to avoid any delays in deliveries.
