360 Channeling Goodyear Welted
At Bridlen, all our Goodyear welted shoes are made using the 360 Channeling Insole method. Instead of using standard gemming, we opt for a thicker insole with a carved holdfast, resulting in a more compact, higher quality shoe with a direct welt stitch, eliminating the need for a cotton rib.

All our uppers are attached to the last, which introduces the initial shape of a lasted shoe even before lasting. During the lasting process, we do not use an unusually high level of pressure to pull the leather over the last, nor do we apply excessive heat to get the shoe upper to sit tightly over the last.
