All our Goodyear welted shoes utilise the 360° Channeling Insole method for a more compact, higher-quality shoe with a direct welt stitch. Unlike standard gemming, we opt for a thicker insole with a carved holdfast, eliminating the need for a cotton rib. Uppers are attached on the last, shaping the shoe from the start, reducing the need for excessive pressure and heat during the lasting process.
