If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern BRIDLEN’S relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

BRIDLEN does not guarantee that the information provided on the website is complete, accurate or up to date. Although we endeavour to provide correct information regarding colours, pictures, texts, prices and warehouse stock, inaccuracies, typographical errors or omissions can occur. In the case of incorrect prices or available stock we will give you the opportunity to cancel the order. BRIDLEN reserves the right to change the content and information provided in the website at any time.

Through this website you are able to link to other websites which are not under the control of BRIDLEN. We have no control over the nature, content and availability of those sites. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.

Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, BRIDLEN takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

When shopping with BRIDLEN we will save some of your information to help fulfil your order. BRIDLEN treats all personal information as confidential and nothing is passed on to third parties. You have the right to request access to your data and if there is anything incorrect you can get it changed or removed.

What information is collected?

If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and payment details so that we can process and fulfil your order and provide you with a personalised shopping experience. All personal data is dealt with confidentially and we will not sell or disclose any personal data to third parties unless necessary (e.g. carriers). We will ask for your telephone number to be given to our courier for delivery services. These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order.

You can at any time end the subscription to our newsletter by sending an email to shoemaker@bridlen.com . 

DISCOUNTS & OFFERS

Any discount offered may have specific guidelines with geographical requirements. A clear start and end time will be indicated; these will be according to Indian Standard Time (IST) and discounts outside these times will not be accepted. Any discounts or offers will not be valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion and no cash alternative will be given. Only one offer per customer. BRIDLEN reserves the right to amend or change any offer or discount at any time without notification.

ORDERS

Orders can be placed on the website and are not binding until BRIDLEN has confirmed the order by issuing an order confirmation by email. Once you have placed your order we will send you a preliminary confirmation via email and normally process your order within 2-3 weeks. All shoes are MTO and hence require the atleast 2 weeks time to be crafted and shipped. 

We operate Monday through Saturday except for public holidays. In the case of a delay, e.g. due to logistics distruptions, we will inform you. Once your order has been shipped we will send you the final confirmation and tracking information for your order via email.

PAYMENT & DUTIES

You can pay online using Cashfree or CC avenue which accept a range of payment options like Debit, Credit, Google Pay, EMIs, UPI, etc. If you order from India, prices include Indian GST @ 18%.

For all international orders, Indian GST will not be charged, but shipping charges are included in the product price. However, additional charges such as import/customs duties and/or local sales tax may apply upon arrival into your country. These charges are at your expense and we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information.

LAW

Any disputes relating to these terms of use shall be settled according to Indian law by Chennai City courts.  You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions when using this website and/or placing an order from this website. BRIDLEN reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. We therefore recommend that you review these terms and conditions whenever you use this website.
